The Details

So why am i doing this? its time to regain control! there is no worst feeling than not having control of self therefore i've resolve to regain control..Fat dosent rule me, i rule the Fat!!!

That said let me really give you the details of what amount of fat we are dealing with:
Waist- 36 in
Arm- 14in
Thigh- 26 1/2in
Weight- 199

yup that is a lot of chub and fat for me to push back around, but im determined :) would u beleive i had a 28 in waist last yr? yep i was one sexy thing but like the song says im bringing sexy back! But the big question is how? As a full time student and part time worker its getting really difficult to be anything other than tired when the day comes but for this to work i will have to push through the tiredness and effect change.

Starting with my diet.  I REFUSE to diet as in the sense of the normal word but i do beleive that my eating habits need to be modified.  I think i will start eating breakfast, mostly a cup of oats with cinamon and a friut (apple,oranges,banana or a fist of seedless grapes) .  Lunch will be a big meal of a protein, starch and a salad.  Dinner will be a lighter afair- havent quiet figured out what i will try to eat there. But whatever it is no food only water will pass my lips after 8 pm.

Exercise as of yet is not determined as i will examine fully my timetable to see where i can fit it in, but any suggestions that have worked for you who read this will be appreciated :)

Why this Blog

Hi everyone,

So recently of late i have added so much weight to my 5,9 frame that i now tip the scale at 199 lbs( oh dear!).  This is a source of porblems for me as i now have moved from a coke bottle shape to a pep bottle, and mentally its off settling (unattractive etc bf not as touchy etc etc.) .  Its a feeling of utter disgust to look down and see a stomach where my toes should be.  But to propel me to work this off before self wallowing sets in, ive decided to create a blog as an inspiration to get this fat off...kind ov like a fat repellent page...Here i will post what im eating, what exercises my feelings on it as well as progress or issues..feel free to comment on it ANY COMMENTS bad or good becasue i will also like to prove negative ppl wrong :) so when i have devised an exercise program that works with my schedule i will post it here as well as some pics so that you guys can see what im working with..
